Verification, Standing, and Trust

Trust You Can Actually Check

A participant's trust on Dealora is never one score. It is a set of separate, reviewable signals — verification, capability, reliability, and standing — so you can see exactly what's been checked, not just a number to take on faith.

Dealora never reduces a participant to a single "trust score." Instead, a Trust Engine tracks five separate facets — identity, capability, reliability, relationship, and domain — each shown honestly: a facet with no evidence yet reads as "New — no history yet", never a fabricated zero.

Identity

Is this participant who they claim to be — reviewed, not self-declared.

Capability

Evidence of the skills, licenses, or equipment a participant claims to offer.

Reliability

A track record of following through, built from real platform activity over time.

Relationship

How connected a participant is inside the trusted network around them.

Domain

Signals specific to the sector or activity a participant operates in.

Verification is a separate, deliberate review layer on top of that: a participant can request review of their identity or their business registration, and the result is one of four levels, each visible on their Presence.

Verification levels

Local — Informal

The starting point for every new account — not a penalty, just no evidence submitted yet.

Local Verified

Basic identity or registration evidence has been reviewed and accepted.

Business Verified

Registration documents and at least one verified capability attestation are on file.

International Verified

The strongest level — verified across identity, registration, and capability with broader review.

Verification and trust signals describe what Dealora has reviewed about a participant — they are not a guarantee of performance, solvency, or outcome, and Dealora is never a party to, financer of, or guarantor for any deal a verified participant enters into.
