Dealora Community Guidelines
The standards every participant agrees to by using Dealora — plain-language companion to our Terms of Use, not a replacement for it.
What Dealora Supports
Dealora is a coordination layer for broad, lawful professional and economic activity — not only trade, listings, or a single industry. Dealora is an adults-only platform: every participant must be 18 or older, and content or conduct that endangers, sexualizes, or exploits minors is prohibited absolutely and reported where required by law. Participants use Dealora for:
- •Professional publishing
- •Economic Presence
- •Discovery
- •Products
- •Assets
- •Materials
- •Services
- •Projects
- •Partnerships
- •Requests
- •Offers
- •Independent professional channels
- •Protected communication
- •Controlled disclosure
- •Deal Rooms
- •Documents
- •Trust and verification
Professional Standards
Dealora is a Digital Economic Infrastructure for serious economic coordination — not an open public marketplace. Every participant is expected to:
- ✓Represent themselves and their activities accurately — never with misleading or fabricated claims
- ✓Communicate professionally and in good faith
- ✓Comply with applicable licensing and regulatory duties for their activity
- ✓Take responsibility for their own agreements, execution, and compliance
- ✓Respect confidentiality and protected information shared by others
- ✓Respect the platform’s reporting and review processes
- ✓Conduct their own due diligence before acting on any opportunity
- ✓Avoid bypassing protected introductions, NCNDA terms, or other protected coordination arrangements
Permitted Activity Policy
Dealora operates strictly within the law. The following are never permitted on Dealora, under any name or framing, with no exception made for commercial reasons:
- — Interest-based lending or any interest-bearing financial product
- — Gambling or games of chance
- — Wagering
- — Lottery mechanics
- — Alcohol
- — Prostitution or sexual services
- — Sanctions violations
- — Money laundering
- — Terrorist financing
- — Fraud and misrepresentation
- — Bribery and corruption
- — Illegal weapons and prohibited controlled goods
- — Exploitation
- — Counterfeit activity
- — Unauthorized disclosure of private or protected information
- — Any other activity that violates applicable law
This sits alongside the services Dealora itself does not provide — see Terms of Use §10 for the full list, including loans, credit, banking, escrow, and payment processing.
Platform Safety Rules
To keep the platform safe, Dealora may use:
- — Automated text screening
- — Safety holds
- — Verification checks
- — Restricted visibility
- — Operator review
- — Reporting
- — Content removal
- — Account restrictions where necessary
Automated screening may require human review and does not determine legal status by itself.
Content involving weapons or munitions, illicit drugs, human exploitation, protected wildlife, counterfeit goods, sanctions or embargo evasion, fraud, interest-based lending, gambling, or sexually exploitative material is held for operator review before it reaches public discovery. Dealora may, at its sole discretion, decline to process an inquiry, limit or suspend access, or take action against suspected misuse — see Terms of Use §8.
Protected Coordination
Dealora provides the coordination and protection layer around economic activity — it is not a party to the activity itself. Participants remain independent, and Dealora:
- — does not own stock
- — does not execute transactions
- — does not hold funds
- — does not provide lending
- — does not act as escrow
- — does not guarantee availability or performance
Sensitive information should remain within approved, protected Dealora flows, and should only be shared where the appropriate permissions and protections are in place.
Reporting and Enforcement
Every participant helps keep Dealora safe. From within the platform you can:
- — Report content
- — Report profiles
- — Report suspicious activity
We ask participants to cooperate with review where needed. Where a clarification or appeal process applies, it is offered through the same protected channels — reporting controls appear alongside content in your Dealora Inbox and Pulse feed.
