Professional Capabilities

What You Can Do, Backed by Evidence

Dealora doesn't reduce professional capability to a fixed checklist. Instead, capability is verified as real evidence — feeding into a participant's trust signals, not a self-declared list of skills.

A participant’s capabilities are shown through what they’ve actually demonstrated: the role they present as, the sectors they operate in, the posts they’ve published, and — where reviewed — verified evidence such as a certification or registration document.

This is deliberately not a fixed enum of skills to pick from. Real professional capability spans far more than any closed list could cover, so Dealora treats it as reviewable evidence that strengthens trust, not a form field to fill in.

How capability works on Dealora

Not a Fixed Checklist

Dealora doesn’t reduce capability to a closed list of skills you tick off — real professional capability is too varied for that.

Evidence, Not a Claim

A capability becomes real trust evidence once it’s been reviewed — a certification, a registration, a documented track record.

Feeds Verification

Verified capability evidence is one of the inputs that can raise a participant’s verification level.

Expressed Through Role and Sector

In practice, what you can do is expressed by the role you present as and the sectors you operate in — see Roles and Sectors below.
