Help Center

Quick answers about how Dealora works. Can’t find it? The Help assistant (bottom-right on any page) can connect you with a person.

Getting Started

What is Dealora?

Dealora is digital economic infrastructure for protected B2B coordination. It helps verified businesses discover each other through posts and profiles, negotiate in protected Deal Rooms, and build evidence-based trust — but Dealora coordinates deals, it never executes them, buys, sells, or holds any funds. You always transact directly with your counterparty; commercial terms are between the two of you.

How do I get started?

Create an account, then set up your profile. From there you can publish posts, browse counterparties, and open Deal Rooms. A complete profile and verification make other participants far more confident coordinating with you — an unverified, empty profile is the single biggest thing that slows people down.

Do I need an invite code to join?

Dealora is currently in a controlled beta. If your email has already been approved, you can create an account directly with no code. Otherwise, enter an invite code at signup, or request access and the Dealora team will review it. This keeps the participant network trustworthy while it grows.

Posting

How do I create an opportunity or visual post?

Open + Create, describe what you're offering or looking for, tag its sector and intent, and publish. You can post as your profile or as an individual, add photos or video, and choose what stays private until a Deal Room opens. Public opportunities appear in Discover and Pulse for other participants to find.

What's the difference between an Opportunity, a Request, an Offer, and a Visual Post?

An Offer is what you're providing — equipment, inventory, a service, or a project. A Request is what you're looking for — a sourcing need that other participants can respond to. A Visual Post is a short photo or video shown in Pulse. All of them go through the same + Create flow; you just pick the option that matches what you're actually doing.

How do photos and videos work?

Add photos and video to your profile or a post to show your facilities, equipment, or products. You choose each item's visibility — Public (discoverable) or My Team Only (private) — and can reveal specific private media to a Deal Room later without re-uploading it. Public photos and video also appear in Reels and Pulse, the discovery feeds.

Can I present a full catalog of products or services?

Yes — Shop is your commercial cut of your own published opportunities (products, equipment, services), and Showcase on your profile presents the same items with photos and video. There is no separate "catalog" system to learn: post your items normally and they organize themselves into both automatically.

What is Live?

Live is for scheduled business presentations — a factory walkthrough, a product demo, a project briefing. Dealora coordinates the session itself: the page, RSVPs, notifications, and a link back to the related post or Deal Room. You run the actual stream on your own platform (Zoom, Meet, YouTube, or similar).

Deal Rooms

What is a Deal Room?

A Deal Room is a private, protected space where you and a counterparty coordinate a specific deal — messaging, offers, documents, and a shared timeline. It stays sealed to its participants. Dealora facilitates the coordination and keeps a documented record of it; it does not execute, guarantee, or hold funds for the transaction — that always happens directly between you and your counterparty.

What is Commission Protection?

Commission Protection protects independent participants from being bypassed after a legitimate introduction — it is not a commission Dealora charges or collects. When you make an introduction inside a Deal Room, accepting the protection terms (an NCNDA-style agreement) creates a documented, evidence-based record of that introduction and unlocks messaging, documents, and offers between the parties. Dealora does not enforce payment, guarantee a deal, or act as a party to the transaction — it only documents the introduction so it can't be quietly circumvented.

What is Discover / Network?

Discover / Network shows participants reachable through your trusted relationships — direct partners and those one step beyond — ranked by proximity, with a trust snapshot on each. It surfaces counterparties you can reach through people you already trust, never by paid placement.

How do I message someone?

Use Send Inquiry on any post or profile to start a private conversation in your Inbox — no phone numbers or emails are exchanged. Serious coordination moves into a protected Deal Room once a real deal is taking shape.

Can I translate messages?

Yes. In your Inbox and Deal Rooms you can translate a message on demand, or toggle "Translate to <your language>" for the whole conversation. The original is always preserved — one tap shows it again.

Can I share a document with just one participant in a Deal Room?

Yes. When you upload a document to a Deal Room you can choose "Everyone" or a specific participant, so sensitive files (like a private inspection report) reach only the people who need them. Every document view is logged, so you can see who has actually opened it and when.

Sourcing & Intelligence

What is Sourcing?

Sourcing lets you build a shortlist of suppliers or buyers for something you need, and track outreach status against each one, all in one place. It is a governed workspace over the same Presences and Opportunities already on Dealora — not a separate marketplace.

How do RFQs (Requests for Quote) work?

From a Sourcing shortlist entry you can send an RFQ with your requirements, and the recipient responds with a quote directly in the same workspace. It reuses the same protected messaging and document handling as a Deal Room — RFQs are a structured starting point, not a new payment or contracting mechanism.

What are Due-Diligence Dossiers?

A Due-Diligence Dossier is your own private research file on a business or supplier you are evaluating — notes, flags, and findings, visible only to you and your own team. It is never visible to the business being researched, and it never counts as or replaces Dealora Verification.

What is Tender & Opportunity Intelligence?

Tender & Opportunity Intelligence lets you track opportunities you are actively pursuing or watching, with a status for each (tracking, pursuing, submitted, and so on) — your own private pipeline view over opportunities you can already see.

What is Market-Entry Research?

Market-Entry Research is a request type for when you need help understanding or entering a new market — post it like any other request, tagged so the right participants (consultants, local partners, researchers) can find and respond to it.

Verification & Trust

How does verification work?

Verification confirms your business is real and reviewed by Dealora. It has tiers (local → international) shown as a badge on your profile. Submit your details and supporting documents on the Verification page; the Dealora team reviews them and sets your tier. Verified presences are trusted more and surface better in discovery — never through payment, only through evidence.

How is trust measured? Is there a rating?

Dealora never reduces you to a single star rating. Trust is a vector of evidence-based facets — Identity, Capability, Reliability, and Relationships — each shown with its own evidence. A new participant is "unproven," not marked down. See exactly where you stand and how to strengthen each facet on your Trust Profile.

Privacy & Protection

Who can find me? Can I be private?

You control discoverability. In Settings you can turn off being discoverable to keep your individual profile out of Dealora discovery. Your direct contact details are never shown either way — people reach you through your Inbox or a Deal Room, not by phone or email.

How do I secure my account?

In Settings you can change your password and register this device's Face ID / Touch ID for biometric confirmation of Deal Room agreements. Your password is never visible to Dealora staff or other participants. If you're locked out, use "Forgot password" to get a secure reset link.

Professional & Enterprise

How do I find inspectors, legal advisors, translators, or other independent professionals?

Independent Professionals is a directory of individuals offering inspection, legal, translation, consulting, and other professional services — searchable by role, country, and capability. Engaging one goes through the same shortlist/RFQ/Deal Room flow as any other counterparty; Dealora coordinates the introduction but is never a party to the engagement.

What is My Assets?

My Assets tracks real property, vehicles, machines, and equipment you own or operate — status, condition, warranty, maintenance/service history, and documents, all in one place. If you register an asset right after closing a deal for it in a Deal Room, it links back to that Deal Room automatically.

How do I add teammates to my Presence?

From your Presence, open Team to invite a colleague by email and set their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer), change anyone's role, or remove them. Only owners and admins can manage the roster; everyone else can only remove themselves.

Is there an API or way to export my data?

You can export your My Economy records to CSV directly from that page. The read-only public data behind every public Dealora page (participant profiles, listings, and more) is documented on the Developers page for anyone building against it. There is no API key, webhook, or paid tier — that surface is free and open the same way for everyone.

Learning

What is Dealora علم?

Dealora علم is free, self-paced learning. A learning path is a subject broken into modules and lessons, with practice questions along the way. You do not need permission, a class, or a teacher to start one — open it and begin, and what you demonstrate is recorded as you go. Everything published is readable without an account; an account is what turns it into a record of your own.

What is Noor, and how is it different from Noor Care?

Noor is global, non-sectarian Islamic learning: a directory of subject areas — Qur'an, Hadith, Seerah, Fiqh, the pillars, worship practicals, du'a, character, family, and the Arabic language. A Noor course is an ordinary learning path filed under one of those categories, so it works exactly like anything in Dealora علم. A category with nothing published in it says so plainly rather than sending you to an empty page. Noor Care is an entirely separate thing — humanitarian coordination, not learning.

What is the difference between a learning path and a course?

A learning path is self-paced and has nobody behind it — you work through it alone, whenever you like. A course is run by a named provider on real dates, with enrolment they decide, and a record of what you completed. The practical difference is people: a course has educators you can send work to and ask for help, and a self-paced path does not.

Does learning on Dealora give me a qualification?

No, and Dealora says so on the record itself rather than leaving you to find out later. Dealora is not an awarding body and accredits nobody. What it keeps is evidence: what you worked through, what was graded automatically, and what a named person judged and when. Every certificate states which kind of claim it is — platform evidence, course completion, human-verified, and so on — and states its limit beside it. A Dealora record is not a school qualification, a degree, or a licence, and nothing here will ever claim a recognition it does not have.

How does my work get marked?

Multiple-choice and true/false questions are graded the moment you answer them. Short answers and practical tasks are not — they are recorded, and they reach a person only through a course you are enrolled on, by sending the attempt to an educator who teaches you. If you are working through a self-paced path with no course behind it, your work is still saved, but there is nobody attached to read it until you enrol somewhere.

Can Dealora AI do my exercises for me?

It will not, and it is not able to. Dealora AI can explain a lesson a different way, ask you questions, translate, go back over something the lesson assumed, and set you similar practice. What it is not given is the stored answer to the question in front of you — the server does not send it — and it never stands in for a human marking your work. A judgement about what you have shown has a person's name on it.

Who can see what I am learning?

You can. A guardian of a child in their household sees a summary — which paths the child is working through, what was set for them, whether something needs support, and the outcome of an assessment — and deliberately not the child's individual answers or private conversations with Dealora AI. An educator sees the work you actually send them, on the course you send it from. Nobody browsing Dealora sees your progress.

How do I hide a learning path I am not interested in?

Press the ✕ on the card. It disappears from your catalogue and nothing is deleted — the path is still published and everyone else still sees it. If you hide everything, the page tells you that is what happened rather than pretending nothing exists. Bring any of them back from Privacy & Data in Settings, which lists everything you have hidden.

Noor Care

What is Noor Care?

Noor Care is Dealora's humanitarian coordination space, open to anyone regardless of religion. It matches people who need help — financial, food, medical, housing, education, and more — with people or organizations able to offer it. Noor Care coordinates and matches; it never handles money on your behalf, so any actual transfer always happens directly between you and the other person.

How do I ask for help on Noor Care?

Open Need Help, describe your situation, choose a category and urgency (emergency, urgent, standard, or ongoing), and set how much of your identity is shown (anonymous, standard, or open). Your case is reviewed before it becomes publicly visible to potential helpers — this keeps the space trustworthy for everyone. You can track its status and edit it any time from Noor Care.

How do I offer help or volunteer on Noor Care?

Open Offer Help and describe what you can provide and your availability (one-time, ongoing, or recurring). Once published, people with a matching need can request your offer, or you can browse open cases and respond to one directly. Accepting a match opens a protected Help Room to coordinate next steps.

What is a Noor Care Help Room?

Once a case owner and a helper accept a match, a Help Room opens — a private, protected space to message, share evidence documents, and coordinate what happens next. It stays sealed to its participants and links back to the case it came from, the same way a Deal Room stays sealed to its own deal.

Does Dealora handle donations or payments for Noor Care?

No. Dealora never holds, transfers, or takes a cut of any money or goods on Noor Care — there is no donate button and no fund custody, matching the same constitutional boundary that applies everywhere else on Dealora. Noor Care only coordinates and matches; if a case owner and helper agree to exchange money, goods, or services, that happens directly between them, outside the platform.

Why isn't my case or offer visible to others yet?

A new case or offer starts unpublished while Dealora reviews it — this trust floor protects everyone using Noor Care from fraudulent or unverifiable posts. You can see and edit your own case or offer immediately from Noor Care even while it's in review; once it clears review it becomes visible to potential helpers or people in need.

Pricing

Does Dealora take a cut, or can I pay to rank higher?

No. Dealora does not take a cut of any deal, does not hold funds, and does not offer paid ranking or pay-to-win visibility — no post or profile can pay to rank higher. Coordination and protection are what Dealora provides; commercial terms are handled directly between the parties involved in a deal.

Dealora coordinates deals between verified participants — it never executes transactions or holds funds, and discovery placement is never for sale. These answers describe how the platform works, not financial or legal advice.
