Getting Started
What is Dealora?
Dealora is digital economic infrastructure for protected B2B coordination. It helps verified businesses discover each other through posts and profiles, negotiate in protected Deal Rooms, and build evidence-based trust — but Dealora coordinates deals, it never executes them, buys, sells, or holds any funds. You always transact directly with your counterparty; commercial terms are between the two of you.
How do I get started?
Create an account, then set up your profile. From there you can publish posts, browse counterparties, and open Deal Rooms. A complete profile and verification make other participants far more confident coordinating with you — an unverified, empty profile is the single biggest thing that slows people down.
Do I need an invite code to join?
Dealora is currently in a controlled beta. If your email has already been approved, you can create an account directly with no code. Otherwise, enter an invite code at signup, or request access and the Dealora team will review it. This keeps the participant network trustworthy while it grows.
Posting
How do I create an opportunity or visual post?
Open + Create, describe what you're offering or looking for, tag its sector and intent, and publish. You can post as your profile or as an individual, add photos or video, and choose what stays private until a Deal Room opens. Public opportunities appear in Discover and Pulse for other participants to find.
What's the difference between an Opportunity, a Request, an Offer, and a Visual Post?
An Offer is what you're providing — equipment, inventory, a service, or a project. A Request is what you're looking for — a sourcing need that other participants can respond to. A Visual Post is a short photo or video shown in Pulse. All of them go through the same + Create flow; you just pick the option that matches what you're actually doing.
How do photos and videos work?
Add photos and video to your profile or a post to show your facilities, equipment, or products. You choose each item's visibility — Public (discoverable) or My Team Only (private) — and can reveal specific private media to a Deal Room later without re-uploading it. Public photos and video also appear in Reels and Pulse, the discovery feeds.
Can I present a full catalog of products or services?
Yes — Shop is your commercial cut of your own published opportunities (products, equipment, services), and Showcase on your profile presents the same items with photos and video. There is no separate "catalog" system to learn: post your items normally and they organize themselves into both automatically.
What is Live?
Live is for scheduled business presentations — a factory walkthrough, a product demo, a project briefing. Dealora coordinates the session itself: the page, RSVPs, notifications, and a link back to the related post or Deal Room. You run the actual stream on your own platform (Zoom, Meet, YouTube, or similar).
Deal Rooms
What is a Deal Room?
A Deal Room is a private, protected space where you and a counterparty coordinate a specific deal — messaging, offers, documents, and a shared timeline. It stays sealed to its participants. Dealora facilitates the coordination and keeps a documented record of it; it does not execute, guarantee, or hold funds for the transaction — that always happens directly between you and your counterparty.
What is Commission Protection?
Commission Protection protects independent participants from being bypassed after a legitimate introduction — it is not a commission Dealora charges or collects. When you make an introduction inside a Deal Room, accepting the protection terms (an NCNDA-style agreement) creates a documented, evidence-based record of that introduction and unlocks messaging, documents, and offers between the parties. Dealora does not enforce payment, guarantee a deal, or act as a party to the transaction — it only documents the introduction so it can't be quietly circumvented.
What is Discover / Network?
Discover / Network shows participants reachable through your trusted relationships — direct partners and those one step beyond — ranked by proximity, with a trust snapshot on each. It surfaces counterparties you can reach through people you already trust, never by paid placement.
How do I message someone?
Use Send Inquiry on any post or profile to start a private conversation in your Inbox — no phone numbers or emails are exchanged. Serious coordination moves into a protected Deal Room once a real deal is taking shape.
Can I translate messages?
Yes. In your Inbox and Deal Rooms you can translate a message on demand, or toggle "Translate to <your language>" for the whole conversation. The original is always preserved — one tap shows it again.
Can I share a document with just one participant in a Deal Room?
Yes. When you upload a document to a Deal Room you can choose "Everyone" or a specific participant, so sensitive files (like a private inspection report) reach only the people who need them. Every document view is logged, so you can see who has actually opened it and when.
Sourcing & Intelligence
What is Sourcing?
Sourcing lets you build a shortlist of suppliers or buyers for something you need, and track outreach status against each one, all in one place. It is a governed workspace over the same Presences and Opportunities already on Dealora — not a separate marketplace.
How do RFQs (Requests for Quote) work?
From a Sourcing shortlist entry you can send an RFQ with your requirements, and the recipient responds with a quote directly in the same workspace. It reuses the same protected messaging and document handling as a Deal Room — RFQs are a structured starting point, not a new payment or contracting mechanism.
What are Due-Diligence Dossiers?
A Due-Diligence Dossier is your own private research file on a business or supplier you are evaluating — notes, flags, and findings, visible only to you and your own team. It is never visible to the business being researched, and it never counts as or replaces Dealora Verification.
What is Tender & Opportunity Intelligence?
Tender & Opportunity Intelligence lets you track opportunities you are actively pursuing or watching, with a status for each (tracking, pursuing, submitted, and so on) — your own private pipeline view over opportunities you can already see.
What is Market-Entry Research?
Market-Entry Research is a request type for when you need help understanding or entering a new market — post it like any other request, tagged so the right participants (consultants, local partners, researchers) can find and respond to it.
Verification & Trust
How does verification work?
Verification confirms your business is real and reviewed by Dealora. It has tiers (local → international) shown as a badge on your profile. Submit your details and supporting documents on the Verification page; the Dealora team reviews them and sets your tier. Verified presences are trusted more and surface better in discovery — never through payment, only through evidence.
How is trust measured? Is there a rating?
Dealora never reduces you to a single star rating. Trust is a vector of evidence-based facets — Identity, Capability, Reliability, and Relationships — each shown with its own evidence. A new participant is "unproven," not marked down. See exactly where you stand and how to strengthen each facet on your Trust Profile.
Privacy & Protection
Who can find me? Can I be private?
You control discoverability. In Settings you can turn off being discoverable to keep your individual profile out of Dealora discovery. Your direct contact details are never shown either way — people reach you through your Inbox or a Deal Room, not by phone or email.
How do I secure my account?
In Settings you can change your password and register this device's Face ID / Touch ID for biometric confirmation of Deal Room agreements. Your password is never visible to Dealora staff or other participants. If you're locked out, use "Forgot password" to get a secure reset link.
Professional & Enterprise
How do I find inspectors, legal advisors, translators, or other independent professionals?
Independent Professionals is a directory of individuals offering inspection, legal, translation, consulting, and other professional services — searchable by role, country, and capability. Engaging one goes through the same shortlist/RFQ/Deal Room flow as any other counterparty; Dealora coordinates the introduction but is never a party to the engagement.
What is My Assets?
My Assets tracks real property, vehicles, machines, and equipment you own or operate — status, condition, warranty, maintenance/service history, and documents, all in one place. If you register an asset right after closing a deal for it in a Deal Room, it links back to that Deal Room automatically.
How do I add teammates to my Presence?
From your Presence, open Team to invite a colleague by email and set their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer), change anyone's role, or remove them. Only owners and admins can manage the roster; everyone else can only remove themselves.
Is there an API or way to export my data?
You can export your My Economy records to CSV directly from that page. The read-only public data behind every public Dealora page (participant profiles, listings, and more) is documented on the Developers page for anyone building against it. There is no API key, webhook, or paid tier — that surface is free and open the same way for everyone.
Pricing
Does Dealora take a cut, or can I pay to rank higher?
No. Dealora does not take a cut of any deal, does not hold funds, and does not offer paid ranking or pay-to-win visibility — no post or profile can pay to rank higher. Coordination and protection are what Dealora provides; commercial terms are handled directly between the parties involved in a deal.

Dealora coordinates deals between verified participants — it never executes transactions or holds funds, and discovery placement is never for sale. These answers describe how the platform works, not financial or legal advice.
